Prioritizing Maternal Wellness, The Foundation for Healthy Babies and Breastfeeding Success

As there was a lack of baby formula, I kept hearing the statement “Breast is best.” This is completely false. While there is extensive data on the benefits of cuddling, suckling, and close breastfeeding, it can be a chemical disaster. Whatever chemicals, or lack thereof, are present in the mother will be passed on to the child. This is not to imply that you should not breastfeed; you should; nevertheless, we must be aware of what is in the mother. If the mother is stressed, has a higher toxic load from life, or is not supplementing her nutrients adequately, the baby either receives chemicals we don’t want or is deficient in those we do.

Again, this is not a suggestion to quit breastfeeding; rather, it is a comment to TAKE BETTER CARE OF MOM. Get a massage to help you get rid of all the lactic acid and waste chemicals that have accumulated in your body. Perform a kidney castor pack, and a coffee enema, and take all of your supplements, particularly your amino acids. Take a nap or five, go for a walk, get out of the home, and just get out of the house for 5 minutes. We need to start thinking of our women as the factory for our children before, during, and after pregnancy.

If the factory is dirty or deficient in parts, the machine is not built as well as it could be. Women who desire to have children should prioritize their four pillars above all else. If you’ve already had your baby and are breastfeeding, make sure you’re getting enough nourishment for both you and your infant. By the way, this does not refer to calories. For this reason, most mothers have a small fat reserve. All of this should be done 6-12 months before you become pregnant.

Right now is the second-best time to do so. If you need a list, methylated B vitamins, CoQ-10, probiotics, digestive enzymes, collagen, iodine, water, and omega-3 oils are all essential not only for the baby but also for the mom. If you intend to become pregnant, make sure you cleanse your body as thoroughly as possible and nourish yourself beforehand.
